ENGAGEMENT & WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

Congratulations on your engagement! Dowd Studios, Inc. would love to be apart of the road to forever with you capturing the moments of the engagement to the big day to archive your love forever!

However, despite the fact we would love to be apart of your big day, we feel it more important that you are hiring us because you like our work, and are comfortable with us. To do that we would like to sit down with you and show you our work, talk to you and get to know you personally. We also encourage you to check out some other photographers; because you only have one shot at these photos so being comfortable with your choice will help to make better photos as you will be more relaxed. We also encourage you to let us take the engagement photos so you can see how we work first hand.

At the wedding, we work around your needs. We will travel anywhere you need us and will work with your budget. We have a few packages to fit your fancy and budget so please check them out. Also, we do not drink any alcohol while at the wedding or reception to ensure quality photography for you to last a lifetime.

PRICING

Economic – $250.00

At least 150 images, I stay for the Wedding, Formals and 1.5 hour of the reception. All images are burned to a CD and you keep the CD to print as you need with full rights.

Basic – $450.00

Same as the Economic, only we print 4×6’s of each and give you a CD, you keep the proof book, with a leather bound album.

Standard – $700.00

Up to 300 4×6 images, and a leather bound proof book. 1-11×14, 5- 8×10, 2-5×7’s and you keep all 4×6’s. CD Negatives are NOT included. We stay for the wedding, formals and up to 3 hours of the reception. Additional hours are $45.00 per hour.

Deluxe – $1100.00

Up to 300 4×6 images, a leather bound proof book, 1- 11×14, 10 – 8×10’s and 4 – 5×7’s. A photo album up to $200.00 retail value, Negatives (CD) are included. We stay for the wedding, Formals and up to 3.5 hours of the reception. Additional hours are $45.00 per hour.

Wedding Videography

$700.00 – Includes full video of the entire wedding, do Dynamic Formals, and 3 Hours of Reception. Text Introductions, Music Overlay on Dances. Editing included. Reception is cut and edited down. We use 2 cameras, shot in 1080I 60 HD. We give you a DVD, and each set of parents a DVD. Movie can also be produced for Quicktime for computer play and M4P for iPod.

Mileage: No fee if wedding is 20 mile radius from my studio. If over 20 miles, flat fee of $10.00 if in surrounding counties. Past surrounding counties, please call for price.

Extra Hour Fees: If we stay past allotted hours, the pricing is $45.00 per hour. Pro rated if under 1 hr.

Misc. Fees: Bride and Groom are responsible for all lodging, transportation, toll or parking money. We do our best to avoid toll roads but sometimes have no choice. We will state all fees before signing any contract.

Negatives (.jpg CD) $100.00 for full rights with a package
