Dowd Studios is proud to offer our clients our “Signature Portrait” service; it’s NOT your traditional portraits. Our signature portraits take your session to a whole new level of energy incorporated with our creative imagination to make a once in a lifetime work of photographic art.

The “Signature Portraits” are based off the art series “Dreams, Nightmares, Fears and Fantasy” collection. It allows the subject to live a dream, face a nightmare or fear or live out a fantasy and capturing that energy and emotion forever in our portrait of you. In this series, you can be as wild as you want, there are NO boundaries.

The process will make you feel like a real model or actor/actress. It starts with your dream, we will sit down and listen to your dream or fantasy or fear or nightmare; then Jason will come up with a scenario to portray the scenario through his picture imagination. After we discuss the idea; we’ll go over a budget. Following the meeting with you, we will gather a team of makeup artists, hair stylists, and wardrobe specialists to put together the effects that will make the picture perfect! The next step is the shoot.

Depending what your needs are for that specific idea, Jason may personally take you shopping for a wardrobe or costumes if its something that can be obtained around town; which will save some money on the budget.

After the shoot, the picture(s) will be incorporated and edited; once complete you will receive a signed & numbered limited edition signature portrait on 16x24 stretch canvas equipped with a certificate of authenticity from the studio.
